This week's English Graduate Program brown bag will focus on Gender and the Academy. Dr. Lisa Minnick and doctoral candidate Melinda Moustakis will lead a discussion about the ways that inequality based on gender and/or sexuality is institutionalized in the academic workplace and about how to succeed within that culture while working actively to change it.
